We undertake reviews of our courses every 12 months to ensure that they are still relevant and current.
When you are browsing courses, you can see when the last review took place, when we have scheduled the next review, and if there have been any updates to the content.
If we deem that a course is outdated or no longer relevant, we will remove the course from our CPD Online library. If you have downloaded but not completed a course that we deem to be outdated, you will be contacted by the CPD Team to discuss options for the provision of a replacement course.
Unless stated otherwise, all our courses are considered interactive. You must complete the testing component of our courses to receive your CPD unit/s.
The Legal Practice Board of WA states that an activity is considered interactive if there is a testing component during the activity, or if it is a live webinar, or if it requires face-to-face interaction where questions may be asked.
