The Application for CPD Units for Law Society of Western Australia CPD Activity allows Law Society members to claim CPD units for the preparation of CPD seminars, attendance at committee meetings, preparation of a Brief article and other activities completed for the Law Society. Applications must be emailed to cpd@lawsocietywa.asn.au prior to the end of the CPD year, 1 April, that the activity was completed in.
You do not need to complete an Application Form if you attended a Law Society seminar online or in-person. The Law Society will upload these units to the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia automatically with evidence of attendance. For example, by filling out a sign in or sign out sheet for in-person activities, or by joining a Zoom meeting with your registered details.
