The General Conditions for the Sale of Land Committee provides a forum for considering information for the purpose of reviewing and updating the Joint Form of General Conditions for the Sale of Land. It provides an advisory resource to the Council on issues related to the Joint Form of General Conditions for the Sale of Land. The Committee makes recommendations on continuous professional development seminars or events for legal practitioners related to the Joint Form of General Conditions for the Sale of Land.
