The Administrative and Migration Law Committee provides a forum for considering information for the purpose of promoting and reviewing the practice and development of Administrative Law and Migration Law, law reform initiatives, government policy relating to Administrative Law and Migration Law and related issues. It provides an advisory resource to the Council on issues specific to Administrative Law and Migration Law in Australia. It also provides support to Law Society members practicing in Administrative Law and Migration Law in Western Australia
