Law Society CPD series
To help you prepare for the upcoming AML CTF regime, we are delivering a series of CPDs from June 2025 through to commencement of the regime in July 2026.
The first CPD of the series, “Are you ready for the AML CTF regime? Panel discussion with the Law Council of Australia”, was held on 24 June 2025 and hosted by Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. Speakers were Juliana Warner, Law Council President; Law Society CEO Kate Wellington; and Fiona Halsey, Director, Halseys, and member of the Law Society’s AML CTF Working Group. The in-person seminar sold out quickly. We have made a recording of the session, which will be made available through this Hub.
