Health and Wellbeing Hub

Health and Wellbeing Hub

Over the past decade, there has been a cultural shift and greater recognition within the legal profession of the importance of health and wellbeing. Studies, including those referenced in the Being Well in the Law report, indicate that legal practitioners continue to exhibit higher levels of psychological distress and disproportionately higher experiences of depression than the general population.

There is now an overwhelming amount of information and resources available and knowing where to start can be difficult. To assist, we have undertaken a review of the studies and literature focusing on the health and wellbeing of legal professionals and have curated a collection of resources and information.

This Hub is designed to help you understand the practical steps you can take to proactively manage your own health and wellbeing, and what you can do to support others.
