Alta Pete is a boutique consulting firm specializing in empowering professionals to reach their highest potential.
Alta Pete provides leadership development programs, training, executive coaching and facilitation services in Australia and internationally.
The Law Society and James Fletcher, Director of Alta Pete Consulting, partnered in 2024 and 2025 when James delivered a hugely popular series of CPD sessions on professional skills and leadership. Topics covered included communicating with influence in the workplace, effective performance management, and making the most of workplace diversity. This series was so successful that James and the Law Society decided to partner to develop and deliver a bespoke legal leadership program for the Western Australian legal profession.
Swan Valley workshop retreat
The program commences in May with a two-day, in-person workshop held at Mandoon Estate’s premium function facilities in the Swan Valley, set among mature gardens, century-old vines and overlooking the Swan River.
Participants may choose to stay onsite overnight for a fully immersive retreat experience, or depart at the conclusion of Day 1 and return on the morning of Day 2. Located just 25 minutes from the Perth CBD, Mandoon Estate offers the convenience of onsite accommodation, complimentary parking and Wi-Fi for delegates.
Boutique accommodation at Maya Maya features contemporary one-bedroom suites with modern amenities and Swan River views. A limited number of rooms have been reserved exclusively for program participants, with rates starting from $249 per night.
Accommodation and meals are not included in the program fee and must be booked and paid directly with Mandoon Estate. Further booking details will be provided to participants upon registration for the Leadership Program.
