Mental Health First Aid Training

A two-day course teaches participants how to provide initial support to another adult who may be developing a mental health issue, having a worsening of a mental health issue, or be in crisis.

Being a dedicated mental health first aider can help reduce the stigma around mental health which can encourage people to seek help before problems escalate.

Participants can become an Accredited Mental Health First Aider by completing an online assessment post-course.
