From 1 July 2026, many services provided by lawyers will be captured by recent reforms to Australia’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing regime, resulting in increased due diligence and reporting requirements for the profession. Join us for this expert panel discussion exploring why the regime is expanding, how we got here, where the AML/CTF regime is going, and what this means for you as a practitioner.
