These general conditions for the sale of land have been adopted jointly by The Law Society of Western Australia (Inc) and The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (Inc). The Conditions Document, “Joint Form of General Conditions for the Sale of Land” works in tandem with the Contract of Sale of Land or Strata Title by Offer and Acceptance.
