Lawyer Visits to Schools

Lawyer visits to schools aims to increase student awareness of the law, legal principles, the court system in Western Australia and the role of the legal profession.

Lawyer visits provide a unique and valuable opportunity for the legal profession to engage and connect with students and teachers in the community.

Requests for volunteer lawyer visits are initiated by schools. The Programme then circulates the request to Law Society members.

A volunteer lawyer visits the school on a mutually convenient date and presents to students on a topic requested by the teacher that initiates the request.
