The Personal Injuries and Workers’ Compensation Committee provides a forum for considering information with the purpose of promoting and reviewing the practice and development of law reform initiatives, government policy and other relevant items relating to personal injuries, workers’ compensation and related issues. It provides a resource to the Council on issues specific to personal injuries & workers’ compensation in Western Australia.
