Personal Injuries & Workers’ Compensation

The Personal Injuries and Workers’ Compensation Committee considers law reform and government policy relating to personal injuries, worker’s compensation and related issues. The Committee includes representation from a variety of practitioners and is active in advocating for improvements to the Workcover personal injuries legislation.

Committee members represents the Law Society on a number of interagency forums.
