Human Rights and Equal Opportunity

The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Committee provides a forum for considering information for the purpose of promoting and reviewing the practice and development of Human Rights and Equal Opportunity law, law reform initiatives, government policy relating to Human Rights and Equal Opportunity law and related issues. It provides an advisory resource to the Council on issues specific to Human Rights and Equal Opportunity law in Western Australia. The Committee is representative of and provides support to Law Society members practising in Human Rights and Equal Opportunity law in Western Australia.
