Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee develops policy, prepares guidelines, submissions and other correspondence pertaining to ethical and professional conduct issues for the Council’s consideration where appropriate. This Committee assists in the education of the Western Australian legal profession with respect to practice, ethical and professional conduct issues
