The Environment, Town Planning and Local Government Committee provides a forum for considering information for the purpose of promoting and reviewing the practice and development of environmental, town planning or local government law reform initiatives, government policy relating to environmental, town planning or local government law and related issues. It provides an advisory resource to the Council on issues specific to environmental, town planning or local government law in Western Australia. The committee is representative of and provides support to Law Society members practising in environmental, town planning or local government law in Western Australia.
