Environment, Town Planning & Local Government

The Environment, Town Planning and Local Government Committee considers law reform and government policy relating to environmental, town planning, local government, native title and resources law.

The Committee liaise with government authorities, contribute to improving processes in the State Administrative Tribunal and provide CPD and other educational events for the legal profession.
