Accreditation Committee

At present, the Law Society offers specialist accreditation in family law and wills and estates.

The Accreditation Committee is a standing committee of the Law Society which provides advice to the Law Society on all aspects of the accreditation scheme, including the conditions for gaining and maintaining accreditation, application procedures, specific areas of practice in which the Law Society should offer specialist accreditation, the governance framework and appointments to the Accreditation Advisory Sub-Committees specific to each area of practice in which specialisation is offered.
