The series brings together expert insights, practical guidance and informed discussion on the issues that matter most. For many women, menopause can feel overwhelming due to limited access to clear information and support. This workshop will provide up-to-date research, practical management options, and empowering strategies to help women navigate this important life stage with confidence and resilience This seminar is held in recognition of the International Day of Action for Women’s Health. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Health Promotion and Addiction from Edith Cowan University, which she completed while raising three children and contributing to the family business.  At Luma, an organisation with more than 45 years of leadership in women’s wellbeing, Maxine develops evidence based educational materials that strengthen health literacy and support prevention. She is committed to ongoing learning and believes that supporting women benefits families and communities.
