The series brings together expert insights, practical guidance and informed discussion on the issues that matter most. This session explores the impact of chronic stress on hormonal balance, particularly cortisol and its effects on sleep and cardiovascular health. Participants will learn to identify how stress influences the body and gain practical strategies to reduce its impact, improve rest, and protect long-term wellbeing. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Group and WLWA member bookings form   Presenter Maxine Robinson, Health Promotion Lead – Corporate Education, Luma Maxine has worked at Luma for four years as Health Promotion Lead in Corporate Education, where she integrates women’s health initiatives into workplace settings. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Health Promotion and Addiction from Edith Cowan University, which she completed while raising three children and contributing to the family business.  At Luma, an organisation with more than 45 years of leadership in women’s wellbeing, Maxine develops evidence based educational materials that strengthen health literacy and support prevention. She is committed to ongoing learning and believes that supporting women benefits families and communities.
