It can be experienced as persistent self-doubt, a fear of being ‘found out’ or a relentless pressure to prove oneself. These experiences are widely reported across the legal profession. Recent insights published in the Law Society Journal (2024) highlight that imposter feelings are increasingly recognised among lawyers at all stages of their careers. This interactive and practical workshop is designed specifically for legal professionals who would like to better understand and overcome Imposter Syndrome.  Through building awareness, exploring practical, research-based tools and strategies and sharing experiences, participants will leave with greater confidence, reduced self-doubt and approaches they can immediately apply in both work and life. This is an interactive workshop with a limited number of spots available. Learning Objectives  Participants will: Gain insight into Imposter Syndrome and their own experiences of feeling like an imposter. Increase awareness of the factors that contribute to imposter feelings. Recognise, in a safe and supportive environment, the commonality of experiences shared with other participants.
