SUMMARY:How to Get the Most out of the Mediator
DESCRIPTION:Mediators are unbiased and impartial, but they don’t operate in a vacuum: they want to get the deal done and they are only human.
From framing the issue in an appropriate way, to conveying subliminal messages, to structuring the process ‘correctly’, mediators can help or hinder your client. This panel discussion, which involves experienced mediators and client representatives, will look at ways you can get the most out of your mediator for your client.
Light refreshments will be provided from 1.30pm - 2.00pm.
