The Law Society of Western Australia, in partnership with LUMA and the Women Lawyers Association of Western Australia, and with the support of Hall & Wilcox, is pleased to deliver a dynamic series focused on women’s health. The series brings together expert insights, practical guidance and informed discussion on the issues that matter most.
This session explores the impact of chronic stress on hormonal balance, particularly cortisol and its effects on sleep and cardiovascular health. Participants will learn to identify how stress influences the body and gain practical strategies to reduce its impact, improve rest, and protect long-term wellbeing.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
