Women’s health and wellbeing series: menstrual cycles, mood and wellbeing

Women’s health and wellbeing series: menstrual cycles, mood and wellbeing

The Law Society of Western Australia, in partnership with LUMA and the Women Lawyers Association of Western Australia, and with the support of Hall & Wilcox, is pleased to deliver a dynamic series focused on women’s health. The series brings together expert insights, practical guidance and informed discussion on the issues that matter most.

This session provides women with a deeper understanding of how the phases of the menstrual cycle influence mood, energy, and overall wellbeing. Participants will explore the hormonal cycle in detail and gain practical tools and strategies to better manage health, optimise performance, and enhance daily wellbeing.

This seminar is held in recognition of Mental Health Month.
