This masterclass is tailored for practising wills and estates lawyers, providing a practical update on key issues in the field. It addresses estate disputes and procedures, tax and superannuation matters and recent developments in trusts and estate planning, with an emphasis on actionable insights for everyday practice.

Lunch and afternoon tea will be provided to those attending in-person.
