Respect at Work: A Keynote Presentation on the Current Obligations of Employers in the Areas of Harassment, Discrimination and Psychosocial Risks at Work

A series of amendments to various Commonwealth and State Acts are in process or due to take effect during 2023. These will increase employers’ obligations to prevent sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace, including maintaining a safe workplace and preventing or mitigating psychosocial risks at work. This important seminar will outline the key changes in the law including the associated duties and obligations for employers. Our panel will discuss the impact of these new laws as they apply to their respective legal practices.
