Non-Contentious Costs Determinations

This interactive workshop, presented by David Bayly SC, Chair of the Legal Costs Committee, and Craig McKie, Deputy Chair of the Legal Costs Committee, will discuss the non-contentious costs determinations and options for future amendments. In 2025, the Legal Costs Committee will consult with the legal profession to determine whether there is a requirement for significant amendment to the scale for non-contentious costs. This workshop will be of particular interest to lawyers who draft documents such as leases, contracts, wills, trust deeds and similar.
