In “Navigating Tough Talks: Mastering Difficult Conversations with Confidence,” young and mid-career lawyers will learn practical strategies to handle challenging discussions in the workplace with confidence and professionalism. This in-person only workshop covers building rapport, using key phrases and frameworks for effective conversations, and understanding when to act or let go. Participants will also explore personal barriers, challenge limiting beliefs, and master simple negotiation techniques to improve outcomes.
