The legal professional will soon be required to address compliance obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth).

This seminar will identify the likely types of practices that will be affected, and the necessary changes to the methods of practice It will introduce the information on the risks for firms and the resources available, or soon to be published, which will assist firms to prepare and comply.  Lastly, this seminar will address the practical means to consider and implement a compliance regime.
