Mental Health for the Legal Profession Workshop

This seminar will explore psychological resilience, which is the ability to bounce back from adversity and to respond to unexpected change and challenges in a healthy and sustainable manner. We will look at the strategies resilient people use and how we can nurture those in our own lives. The focus will be on practical steps that participants can undertake to assist them in meeting the challenges in their own lives.
