Managing Difficult Clients: Navigating Dysregulated Clients in the Legal Profession

This seminar will assist practitioners in developing the skills required to manage clients experiencing extreme emotions such as anger, frustration or emotional overwhelm. The seminar aims to support participants in:

• Identifying and confidently managing dysregulated clients in their work
• Learning evidence-based skills in co-regulation and de-escalation, including helpful language scripts and techniques for setting and maintaining healthy boundaries with distressed individuals.
