Family Provision Claims and Grandchildren: Standing in Their Parent’s Shoes?

However, there is relatively limited case authority to guide plaintiffs as to how the court approaches these matters.

In this seminar, Craig will examine some of the key decisions for these types of claims, discuss the challenges plaintiffs may face and offer analysis of what is required to make out a successful claim.
