Ethics on Friday: When the Regulator Knocks

This seminar offers an opportunity to learn where you can seek help if you are the subject of a complaint, as well as practical tips that may assist practitioners in responding to investigations and reducing the stress from the process.

The content must extend the practitioner’s knowledge and skills in areas that are relevant to the solicitor’s practice needs or professional development.  Practitioners should not request CPD Units for any subsequent seminars which contain the same or similar content within the same CPD year.
