Menopause is a significant life transition that affects a large proportion of the workforce, yet it remains under-recognised and under-supported in many workplaces. This focused session explores the physical, emotional and cognitive impacts of menopause at work and why organisational understanding is critical to wellbeing, inclusion and performance. Participants will gain practical strategies to create supportive, stigma-free environments, including the role of policies, leadership capability and everyday workplace behaviours. The session also empowers individuals with knowledge and tools to manage their menopause transition with confidence, dignity and flexibility, while maintaining productivity, engagement and career progression.
