Contract law masterclass

This Masterclass is designed to secure a strong theoretical and practical understanding of key areas of Australian contract law in light of the latest case law.

The Masterclass will cover:

Jeffrey Goldberger

Jeff is a recognised authority on Australian and English contract law having previously lectured in contract law and private international law at the University of Sydney Law School.  For a number of years Jeff acted as a special counsel for national law firm, Ashurst and in that capacity provided advice to both public and private sector clients on complex contractual transactions.  Jeff has published numerous articles and papers on many aspects of Australian contract law and has presented seminars in Australia and the United Kingdom.
